A normal day with Dive Base. No clipboards, no chat groups, no whiteboards.

    Bookings arrive while you sleep

    Divers find you and book on your own page. They pay online, and they never pay an extra fee. Every booking is on the manifest before you wake up.

  2. 08:15

    Divers check themselves in

    Before the boat leaves, each diver opens a check-in link on their phone. They sign the waiver in their own language, and their certification and gear sizes are already on file. Walk-ins scan a QR code at your counter to do the same.

  3. 09:30

    At sea, with no signal

    The manifest keeps working with no internet. Roll-call is one tap. The app warns you if a dive site is too deep for a diver's certification.

  4. 17:00

    The day closes itself

    Gear is scanned back in with a photo. The day's numbers go to your accounting by themselves. If a guide calls in sick for tomorrow, the app finds someone qualified and messages them.
